Our community and in-home support Service supports children and adults with disability to develop skills and empower them to build independence to live the life they choose.
Our Services is all about supporting you to increase your empowerment and independence and reaching your full potential.
Supports offered might include assistance for you to be able to take part in social activities, support to attend appointments or simply requiring support at your home.
We can offer supports both in the community and in-home, allowing you the flexibility and choice of individual supports you receive, with activities such as personal care, social outings, transport, shopping, doctor’s appointments and cooking.
Services we offer
Our qualified, accredited and committed staff team offer support in two ways:
In-Community Support
We provide you with support for everyday activities when you need to leave home. Our staff can provide support with activities such as:
- Attending community events
- Shopping
- Attending appointments
- Recreational activities such as a concert or gallery
- Accessing other programs (swimming club, sports, or another disability service provider)
In-Home Support
The focus of our team is to provide you with support with your everyday activities in your own home such as:
- Supporting you with recreational activities
- Basic domestic chore support
- Support with meal preparation
- Active awake night care
- Providing you with overnight support
We can also accompany you and provide support whilst on holiday or taking a short trip.
