Assistance with care
It's those little things that make a big difference.
We are a strong team of dedicated workers. Our aim is to offer service, especially to persons with special needs. Our experts can offer physical assistance as well as psychological counseling. We do not consider the participants as disabled person, because we believe that such a person is a differently abled person. With some care on our part and proper encouragement, every such person can experience fulfillment and satisfaction of social inclusion.
We, at Royal Care Assist, are constantly striving to create and offer a support system that is both gentle and strong at heart – a system that is sensitive enough to discern delicate needs and robust enough to empower the participating individuals, even though they may be vulnerable in some ways. We see persons with disabilities as people who are ‘specially-abled’ as they are almost always specially gifted with extra abilities that can help them make up the loss and can help them excel in some sphere of life.
We are based in NSW and have a collaboratively structured strong service-oriented team that specializes in supporting people with a broad range of disabilities including physical disabilities emanating from paralytic condition, autism, psycho-social disability, cognitive support needs, and other physical and mental support needs. Our professional staff would be happy to facilitate our clients in their daily lives ranging from personal care to community participation, transportation assistance, domestic assistance, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) to make the participating individual an integral part of society.
The hallmark of our support system is that Royal Care Assist has qualified staff who will not only communicate with the clients but will form a healthy relationship with them. We try to make sure that both of the parties understand each other, and the staff will be able to know about the interests and desires of the participants. The range can encompass anything from enhancing the relationship with the family members to learning new skills. Royal Care Assist is ready to serve you to the fullest.
Core Values
Our efforts are guided by the foundational principles of universal humanism, which is more suitable in the context of globalization and modernity. Such an approach continually moves us towards a better comprehension of what “human” means within a universe of divergent physical and social conditions, including physical features, cultures, religions, traditions, and races. This concept envelopes both universality and wholeness, and thus helps us to transcend singular physical conditions, cultures, nations, political systems, religions, and, by default, to discover or explore anew the meaning of the human person on a global level.
Translated into action, this means that we believe in –
- Being courageous and visionary in the work we do, encourages the engagement of individuals and communities.
- Being intent and sharing openly what we believe.
- Being person-centered, enabling all participants to have a say in the support they receive.
- Being always ready to learn and share our learning with others.
- Being friendly and encouraging friendly attitude even in difficult circumstances.
- Being positive in perception and practice.
