Support Coordination – Royal Care Assist has a team of experienced and hands-on care assistants and support coordinators ready to guide you from start to finish and everything in between.

Our Care workers and support coordinators are reliable, professional, friendly, understanding and here to help you implement your NDIS individual plan and help you with your support and funding needs. We are always ready to help you with:

Engaging suitable allied health professionals if required.

Capacity building, i.e., engaging a range of suitable supports in-home and out in the community to help increase your capacity.

Manage service delivery tasks such as liaising with service providers, arranging relevant service agreements and ensuring supports fit within allocated budgets.

Exploring suitable housing options – Supported Independent Living, in-home supports, private rentals, Housing NSW etc.

Regular communication with you to ensure your needs are being met at all times. Things change or happen, and we want to ensure support are always meeting your needs.

Justice participants – transitioning back to the community and providing ongoing support whilst building capacity.

Assistance with NDIS plan reviews and preparing reports, budgets etc.

So, starting from looking for a participant’s home to in-home amenities, the Royal Care Assist staff ensures to provide total support. Even during emergencies, our support coordinators are on the toes to fulfill every participant’s need and help them become a part of the community without any hesitation.
